To control the quality of our products more effectively, we have developed and implemented our own Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Since the beginning, our main goal has been an uncompromising approach to the quality of our products, which always transfers to the satisfaction of our customers, and this in turn guarantees the stability of the company and its well-established position on the market.

The guarantee of achieving the set goals is:

  • implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system,
  • management and employee involvement in achieving quality goals,
  • staffing and training of employees so that their skills enable them to offer modern solutions,
  • modernization of technology in order to adapt to the needs of the developing technology,
  • monitoring and improvement of the processes which guarantee the quality of products and services offered by ensuring the quality of individual elements of the processes.

The quality policy of Metal Radom is a declaration to meet the applicable requirements and to increase efforts in all areas of activity to improve the quality of products. Each employee of Metal Radom knows and respects the assumptions of our policy and strives for developing the quality management system.
